Refund policy

I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from the green gables. However, if you wish to cancel your order or return an item do get in touch by emailing me at helen@thegreengables.co.uk so I can do all I can to resolve the issue. You have 28 days from purchase to return an item in a resaleable condition. Items bought in a sale, gift vouchers or items which have been personalised or made especially to order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty, I’m sorry. If you have received your item/s and just wish to cancel due to a change of mind then the refund will not include the postage costs to return. Whatever your concern do please get in touch with me at helen@thegreengables.co.uk as I’m sure there will be a way we can work it out together.
